Today’s update feels different — in the best possible way. After weeks of treatment, recovery, and learning to listen to my body, I’m finally seeing beautiful signs of progress, and I wanted to share this moment of hope and positivity with you.
🌿 Blood Counts Rising & Almost Normal
The biggest news — and the most exciting — is that my blood counts are almost back to normal. This is such a powerful milestone in my healing journey. It gives me confidence, reassurance, and a renewed sense of strength. Every little rise in those numbers feels like a quiet victory.
🌞 Feeling Great, Inside and Out
Physically, I’ve turned a corner. My energy is lifting, my mood is brighter, and I’m starting to feel more like myself again. It’s amazing how the body responds when we give it time, support, and patience. I wake up feeling hopeful — and that alone is a gift.
🚶♀️ Walking My Way Back to Strength
I’ve been taking gentle walks, and they’ve become one of my favourite parts of the day. They help clear my mind, stretch my body, and remind me that healing is a moving, living process. Every step feels like a step toward life, normality, and strength.
🥣 Nourishing My Body with Love
Food has become a big part of my healing. I’ve been feeding my body the nutrients it needs — berries, leafy greens, smoothies, bone broths, and everything that supports my immune system. It’s amazing to feel the difference real nourishment makes. My body is responding beautifully.
💛 A Positive Turning Point
After everything — the treatment, the waiting, the uncertainty — this is a moment worth celebrating. I feel strong, hopeful, and incredibly grateful. Healing isn’t linear, but today I’m standing in a place filled with light, progress, and positivity.
Thank you for walking alongside me through every part of this journey. Your support, your kindness, and your presence truly matter.
✨ Here’s to more healing, more joy, and more beautiful days ahead.
