Back on Track: My Midsection Toning Journey 💪✨

I wanted to share a little life update with you all — and keep things real, because I know so many of us go through the same ups and downs.
I was feeling amazing on my weight loss journey. The scales were going down, my clothes were fitting better, and I could feel my energy levels skyrocket. Then…
Holidays happened. 🏖️🍷🍰
Between enjoying the food, relaxing a little too much, and soaking in the good times, I came back home with a few extra kilos and a little more “flabby fat” around my midsection than I’d like to admit.

But here’s the thing — I’m not beating myself up about it. I had a great time, and now I’m ready to get back on track.
My new focus?
✔️ Toning up my midsection — that stubborn area where most of my holiday weight went.
✔️ Building my consistency in the gym again.
✔️ Eating for progress — fuelling my body with the right foods so I can feel stronger and leaner.
